David is former CEO of the Lifetime Healthcare Companies, the holding company for Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield, Univera Healthcare, MedAmerica, Lifetime Health Medical Group, Lifetime Care and EBS-RMSCO.

David has over 40 years of experience in the health insurance industry and has served as a director of BlueCross BlueShield Association, as well as America’s Health Insurance Plans.
